“My complaint is regarding overcharge for service to replace the expansion tank on my water heater. A $95 diagnostic fee was charged which I had agreed to. But then the bill came for replacement of the tank in the amount of $384. After paying the full bill ($479 + tax) I checked the market value of the identical expansion tank that was replaced. The tank retail price is around $65. When I asked the Williams rep over the phone for a breakdown of the cost of the repair in terms of parts and labor, he refused to give me a price breakdown and said just that it was one price for the repair. Needless to say I will never call on Williams Mechanical for repair service again.”

“We had previously chosen Williams for our HVAC needs so, when we recently moved, we called on them again to replace an old gas furnace with a modern heat pump system. Annette provided a few options and helped us think through our needs, current available technology, and the incentives offered as part of the IRA effort to move away from fossil fuels. We had a Trane system in our previous house and liked the equipment so wanted to stay with that brand. It was a two-day installation carried out by Alex and Alex (aka Alex 1 and Alex 2 :)). Alex 1 recently came on board and brought years of experience and knowledge; Alex 2 was a veteran who had worked on our previous system. Both of them were highly knowledgeable, hard-working, efficient, and tidy. I especially liked that they explained the system clearly and completely. Their patience and good humor made the installation process go smoothly. We feel that the professionalism, reliability, and value of Williams made us confident in our decision.”
“If I’m going to leave a review, I feel as though I need to be honest and upfront for the next customers of Williams mechanical. With that being said, Jeremy and Eric did a great job with the installation of my home, and explaining exactly what they did and how it works and what I needed to do and all the good stuff. Annette initially came to my house and gave me an estimate the following morning and they were a couple hiccups with the unit not being available but she came through as promised and got me everything I needed and wanted. She was great about communicating and was easily and readily accessible via phone. At my home I had a 16 seer ac unit installed. The woman I spoke to at the office name. Stephanie also answered all my questions and was easy going, and had no problem with me calling her or questioning about anything as of course, installing AC is a very large project and costly. I would definitely recommend.”
