Ductless Mini-Split Installation in Albuquerque, 87102
“Nick and Jeremy installed a Fujitsu mini split system into our older house. They were clean, quick and courteous – pay these guys more! Electrian was really good, too. Office staff have been pleasant to deal with as well. System seems to be working alright, extended warranty was affordable. Thanks Williams!”
Zone Control System Replacement in Los Lunas, 87031
“Refrigerated air went out during the hottest week of the year (of course). Our system was old and needed to be replaced. Williams Mechanical was able to get to us quickly and in the meantime was able to assist us with a portable cooler to provide some comfort. Very happy with our new system. Good quality at a good price. The young men who replaced our old HVAC with the new one were very knowledgeable and polite. Customer Service was excellent. We would definitely recommend to our friends and family.”
Air Conditioner Repair in Albuquerque, 87114
“The condensation from my coil was overflowing in the catch pan and caused a massive amount of water to leak all over the floor and bedroom of our new house we just bought. The problem turned out to be a plugged drain line, thankfully an easy and cheap fix. The HVAC system in the house we just bought is nearly 20yrs old. It would have been very easy for the tech to tell us we needed a whole new system and that the issue was unfixable – and I would have had to believe them. This is unfortunately what I’ve come to expect these days, BUT the Williams Mechanical tech was *honest.* They fixed the issue and never once tried to up-sell us on anything. We also had Williams Mechanical replace the ancient water heater in our house as well. They did an amazing job and it was 100% up to code – a lot of plumbers will leave out a lot of code features like catch pans, seismic straps, gas line sediment drop, etc. My daughter and son-in-law have had wonderful experiences with Williams Mechanical on both of their houses as well. We will never use anyone but Williams Mechanical. Thank you, Williams Mechanical! You are the best!”
Evaporative Cooler Installation in Albuquerque, 87111
“Jeremy, Victor and Nick did a fine job.”
Heat Pump Installation in Albuquerque, NM 87107
“I finally made the big conversion from evaporative/conventional heating to a Heat Pump/Dual Fuel system. When I started this project over a year ago, I solicited a number of bids/estimates from different contractors; 5 to be exact. I chose Williams. Annette, (the owner) personally came to the location to inspect the property. She was not only, the only owner/contractor that did that, she was also the only one who always responded to my questions and inquires. After careful consideration on a number of potential options and based on her analysis, I chose the system we put in. Annette also worked diligently under significant supply chain constraints to ensure I received the system I wanted. This was not easy. Supply chain impacts have hit every major consumer sector in our economy over the course of the last couple of years.
During installation, the crew (Nick & Jeremy) were very professional, courteous and cleanly finished on schedule. When a slight technical issue presented itself after initial operation, Annette quickly dispatched her top trouble-shooter technician (Bret) and he very quickly remedied the problem. Thanks Bret! The system has been operating to spec ever since. We love it.
I highly recommend Williams Mechanical for the primary following reason; service. A complete HVAC replacement project is not only a significant undertaking but it is a considerable investment in your property as well. I wanted it done right and I wanted to have confidence that I can count on the contractor to be there if something should go wrong. Great Job Annette and to the whole Williams Mechanical Team. Thank you.”

Air Duct Installation in Albuquerque, NM 87112
“Williams was great, right from the start. We had an unusual problem with a duct placed in a difficult location. They patiently worked with us to find the right solution and also the least expensive. Jason, the job analyst, was easy to work with and Annette, who owns the store, gave us kind and timely personal attention. The installers were skilled, careful, and even adjusted the location of the new vent to a better position when they saw that was possible. And when done, they did a thorough job of cleaning up.They will definitely be our first stop for any further maintenance issues we run into.”
Electric Air Handler Installation in Albuquerque, NM 87120
“Anthony and Alex were professional, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. They kept at it the whole time they were here and I felt I could have total confidence in them. When our heater broke down, we initially were going to call Albuq Heating and Cooling and Wagner for bids. But looking on Yelp, they both had a lot of negative comments about their service. So they were out. We had used TLC before for plumbing issues and they say they do heating and cooling so we called them. They insisted on doing a diagnostic appointment first and charging $110 which they would take off if they replaced the unit. I told them it was not necessary to do a diagnostic as I knew the unit was the original one installed when the house was build and 30+ years old. It just needed to be replaced. They initially wanted to switch us to a gas furnace. Unfortunately I had to explain to them that this house does not even have a gas meter. We are all electrical. Then they changed to a heat pump that would also give us air conditioning. I explained that we had a Master Cool swamp cooler and are satisfied with the cooling it provides and our electric bill is high enough without having to switch to air conditioning. They said they would do some checking and let us know when they could do the work required. They called and said that the electric heat furnaces were not available locally and they couldn’t get one until about mid January but could do the work then. That was not acceptable considering the temperatures we are enduring at night and only relying on a fireplace in the den to heat the house. We starting looking again and I think my husband found your listing in the Yellow Pages (probably showing our age that we would even look in the YP). We called and made an appointment. Mike Mollica came out to look at it. He reassured us that he would be able to get an electric furnace to replace ours and would send the quote in about an hour which he did. There was a slight delay in whatever local distributor you work with didn’t have the unit but they ordered one and said it would be here by the following Monday and would be installed on Tuesday. I was worried and called your office on the Thursday before work scheduled to begin to make sure that it was en route and we were still scheduled for Tuesday which they said we were. Tuesday came, people showed up and installed the new heater. Everyone did a great job and we were very satisfied. Thank you!”
