With that being said, Jeremy and Eric did a great job with the installation of my home, and explaining exactly what they did and how it works and what I needed to do and all the good stuff. Annette initially came to my house and gave me an estimate the following morning and they were a couple hiccups with the unit not being available but she came through as promised and got me everything I needed and wanted. She was great about communicating and was easily and readily accessible via phone. At my home I had a 16 seer ac unit installed. The woman I spoke to at the office name. Stephanie also answered all my questions and was easy going, and had no problem with me calling her or questioning about anything as of course, installing AC is a very large project and costly. I would definitely recommend.”
