“The condensation from my coil was overflowing in the catch pan and caused a massive amount of water to leak all over the floor and bedroom of our new house we just bought. The problem turned out to be a plugged drain line, thankfully an easy and cheap fix. The HVAC system in the house we just bought is nearly 20yrs old. It would have been very easy for the tech to tell us we needed a whole new system and that the issue was unfixable – and I would have had to believe them. This is unfortunately what I’ve come to expect these days, BUT the Williams Mechanical tech was *honest.* They fixed the issue and never once tried to up-sell us on anything. We also had Williams Mechanical replace the ancient water heater in our house as well. They did an amazing job and it was 100% up to code – a lot of plumbers will leave out a lot of code features like catch pans, seismic straps, gas line sediment drop, etc. My daughter and son-in-law have had wonderful experiences with Williams Mechanical on both of their houses as well.
